I got a small package from my friend in Japan. There were a couple 風鈴(Fu-rin = Wind Chime) in the box. Very summerish. Just listening to the soft clear sound, make me feel cooling down.
unfortunately, we didn’t have much wind, so I was opening and closing the door to make some wind, that actually made me hot…
This is very typical Japanese wind chime. often either ceramics like this one or glass, with piece of paper to catch wind.
This one is a bit more fancy. Metal bell inside of the bamboo cage.
Now all I need is 線香花火(Senko- Hanabi = a kind of fireworks), うちわ(Uchiwa = handheld fan), 浴衣(Yukata = Japanese summer dress)
