Went to the Asian Grocery down in cincinnati, and found a lot of fresh mushrooms, and with my poor brain cooked in midwest crazy summer, somehow it made sense to me to eat hotpot… sounds crazy, I know.
Since we use pre-made Hotpot Mix for flavoring, all I need to do is to wash, cut and place those mushrooms, vegetables, and some seafood, then just pour the soup mix.
takes only 10 min to cut all the ingredient, and 10 minutes to bring it to boil.
this time, we used non-spicy soup mix, instead of our regular spicy ones. it works better with the rich flavor of the mushrooms.
