11/19/2013 Rick finished the drywall while I was at work.
All joints and screw’s are taped and mudded, as well as ceiling.
11/20/2013 – 11/21/2013 We spent a couple days painting the room. We used Sherwin-Williams and some expensive roller. It worth it! the good roller and good paint is much easier to use, and makes better finish!

Rick started the wall tiling, and he showed me how to tile when I got back home. He left me his tools to cut tiles so that I can work over the weekend.

I don’t have picture, we chisel the floor more and then used floor leveling compound to amend the imperfection to our best, before we placed floor tiles…
11/26/2013 First, I tried, but found Rick does much better job, faster, installing those floor tiles. I was being a good assistant by mixing thin set, cutting and buttering the tiles while he install them.

The blue tape is to indicate not to step on.Rick also installed the door.We special ordered a door with clear glass in center, which we will put privacy film once everything is done.Mean while, I grouted the wall tiles. got it done okay, but I am not that good with it. It is really hard to make all the grout line even…

Over the thanks giving, we had my parents over, and went for shopping, so not much done…
Installed the vanity lights. I’m not that happy with the quality of the lights we got, but it was inexpensive unit, and we decided just to live with it, for now…I grouted the floor. It was was much much easier compare to the grouting the wall tiles. Also I installed and grouted a few pieces of the base board tiles behind where toilet goes. so that we don’t have to work behind the toilet once installed.The door we order came with a wrong hinge color, so we went back to swap and re-install the new hinges.

Installed shower hardwares. One tile where hand shower hose is attached, cracked and needed to replace. But thanks to Rick, it’s done in no time. He makes things look so much easier!!!Toilet installed. now the new bath room is quarter functional!
